    • Henry qualified as captain of Amelia Co., VA militia on 26 May 1758 and took oaths as a vestryman of Raleigh Parish, 27 Nov 1760. He was recommended as a justice, 22 Mar 1764, and included in a new commission, 15 Sep 1764. On 28 May 1789 he gave bonds as sheriff of Amelia County.
