  • Notes 
    • Robert Baker Pegram served in both the US Navy and the Confederate States Navy. After the Civil War he was superintendent of the Petersburg Railroad for 3 years, and then joined the Life Insurance Co. of Virginia. In 1872 he moved to Norfolk, VA as the company's general agent.
