- She was a painter, studying at the Maryland Institute and in Paris. She was associated with the art colony at Woodstock, NY, She is known to have lived in St. Mary's, Georgia, an area that Woodstock artists are known to have spent winters in the late 1930's and early 1940's. In 1938 the artist exhibited with the Southern States Art League and listed her residence as St. Mary's, Georgia where the works by her in the collection of the Morris Museum of Art were created. She exhibited at the Baltimore Water Color Club, the 1933 World's Fair and at the Virginia Museum of Art.
